Activa Asset Management LLC serves as the Investment Advisor and recommends and hires, subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees, a Sub-Advisor for each Fund. Based on analysis, Activa Asset Management has carefully selected a group of managers known for their specialized management knowledge. Each Sub-Advisor is responsible for the day to day management of the assets in a specific Activa Fund, while Activa Asset Management oversees and monitors each Sub-Advisor's ongoing performance.

McDonnell Investment Management LLC serves as the Sub-Adviser to the Intermediate Bond Fund. McDonnell manages over $7 billion in fixed income investments for institutional and individual investors.

Wellington Management Company, LLP, has served as the Sub-Adviser to the Value Fund since September of 1999. Wellington is one of America's oldest and largest independent investment management firms and manages over $303 billion for institutional and individual investors.

BlackRock Advisors, Inc. serves as the Sub-Adviser to the Growth Fund. BlackRock, one of the largest publicly traded investment management firms in the United States, manages over $341 billion for institutional and individual investors.

NWQ Investment Management Company, LLC serves as the Sub-Adviser to the International Fund. NWQ, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nuveen Investments, Inc, manages over $30 billion for institutional and individual investors.
